#DavidHogg rejected by the 4 University of California campuses

Screenshot 2018-03-31 at 07.13.32.png
David Hogg Hogg has been rejected by UCLA, UCSD, UCSB and UC Irvine.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that advertisers are being coerced into dropping Fox News host Laura Ingraham’s program over her remarks about Parkland high school shooting survivor David Hogg.

Leftists have attacked Ingraham for her social media comments about Hogg’s rejection by several colleges.

The Times says the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School senior, turned anti-Second Amendment activist, mentioned in an interview that he was not accepted by four University of California schools.

TMZ reports that Hogg has been rejected by the 4 University of California campuses where he submitted applications — UCLA, UCSD, UCSB and UC Irvine.

So even though it appears she was correct, Ingraham said she was worry anyway.

The petulant Hogg did not accept Ingraham’s apology. He excoriated Ingraham and demanded that she admit she slandered his classmates in her coverage of their anti-Second Amendment protests.

We’re not sure where the slander comes in, especially if the Times is right and Hogg was rejected by the University of California?

Ingraham’s show averages over 2 million viewers nightly.  It is one of the most popular cable news shows on any network. We’re guessing her show isn’t going anywhere.

Driving while brown is now a crime in #California

Screenshot 2018-03-31 at 06.43.57.png
The Police State targets Latinos everywhere.

The Police State has declared driving while brown a crime in California.

ICE agents are pulling over Mexican-Americans in the Central Valley for no apparent reason other than the driver’s ethnicity.

It’s as if the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was suddenly erased.

Drivers and their passengers are taken into custody and detained for hours until they can prove they are citizens. Local police in many cases are assisting ICE in the extra-constitutional arrests.

So far California’s sanctuary policies have done nothing to help California’s Latinos. For the most part, the white elites who championed the policies have done little if anything to guarantee enforcement of the laws.

#Sacramento elites vilify #AfricanAmericans and defend the police

Screenshot 2018-03-31 at 06.21.52.pngA private autopsy reports that the killer cops who executed Stephon Clark shot him in the back….six times!

Naturally African-Americans, the targets of Sacramento Police genocide, are outraged. The white elites who run the city, not so much.

The Sacramento Bee covered the story, but most of the report was about alleged threats and intimidation by protesters. Clearly part of the larger community effort to vilify the African-American community and defend the police.

It’s pretty obvious where the Bee is on this issue. That’s bad news for African-American, and for all Americans who believe in the Constitution and the rule of law.

White #racist Sacramento continues to reel from #StephonClark’s execution

White racist Sacramento continues to reel from the Police State execution of Stephon Clark. Meanwhile city leaders scheme to get the city’s African-American community under control and figure out how to let their two latest killer cops off the hook.

According to the Sacramento Bee, protesters continues to block downtown Sacramento streets, taunting the police and angry drivers. They did give the Kings a break and bypassed Golden 1 Center.

Screenshot 2018-03-30 at 06.53.55
Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert.

Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert has been one of the protester’s favorite targets. Sacramento’s African-American residents, and those who support the rule of law, expect Schubert to prosecute the officers who murdered Clark. Of course she won’t. She’ll find a way to let the killer cops off the hook. D.A.’s in California always do, they are merely tools of the police unions.

Interestingly, Stevante Clark told protesters to support Mayor Darrell Steinberg – a 180-degree change from Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, when he got in the mayor’s face and directed an expletive at him –  according to the Bee.

It’s pretty clear someone got to Mr. Clark and conveyed to him that the eyes, and the power, of the Police State were focused on him. White racist Sacramento has little patience for African-Americans who demand the rights and privileges of the U.S. Constitution.

#UrbanShield, #AlamedaCounty’s festival of death, may finally be coming to an end

Screenshot 2018-03-29 at 08.17.51.pngAccording to the East Bay Times, this could be the last summer that a controversial law enforcement training exercise called Urban Shield focuses on fighting crime and terrorism.

The Alameda County Board of Supervisors has come to the conclusion that future exercises should concentrate instead on responding to natural disasters and similar emergencies rather than gunning down the poor, the homeless, the mentally ill, and people of color.

More than 100 public speakers, many of whom said Urban Shield’s festival of death underscores how militarized law enforcement has become.

They are absolutely correct.

The annual two-day event is supposed to train first-responders on how to deal with emergencies. It’s not like that anymore.

In addition to the military training, vendors at the event “Black Rifles Matter” T-shirts, ridiculing the Black Lives Matter movement.

Fremont police Capt. Sean Washington said he viewed Urban Shield as a training exercise. He’s correct. However it’s the wrong kind of training.

#Feinstein’s glaring flaws become more obvious every day

Democrats continue to assail pathetic Dianne Feinstein. A lazy centrist, her days may be numbered in California.

According to the East Bay Times, her re-election is becoming  a nightmare as Feinstein continues to be attacked by her own party.

Leftists are angry with here because she is not part of “The Resistance.” Her Democrat opponent, State Senator Kevin de León, looks better and better to them every day.

Feinstein’s glaring flaws become more obvious. She needs to go.

The #PoliceState cuts off #JulianAssange’s internet access…again

Screenshot 2018-03-29 at 07.32.20Multiple media sources are reporting that Ecuador’s government has suspended internet access for Julian Assange. The WikiLeaks founder and privacy defender has lived in the Ecuadoran embassy in London for the last six years.

The pressure mounting from Great Britain and the European Union has been tremendous, and it looks like Ecuador is starting to cave in.

This was not the first time Ecuador had cut off Mr. Assange: It did so in October 2016, saying it feared being sucked into efforts to interfere in the American election. That was fake news.

Mr. Assange went to the embassy in 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden to face questioning about rape allegations. The charges were exposed as another example of fake news, and Sweden eventually dropped the matter.

Kings side with the community, support #StephonClark

Screenshot 2018-03-29 at 07.14.09.png
Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg continues to support killer cops.

It’s certainly more than Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg is doing.

The Sacramento Kings will set up an education fund for the children of Stephon Clark according to the Sacramento Bee.

The team will begin working with local groups leading protests around Golden 1 Center.

Activists have blocked off the Kings’ arena for the team’s past two home games in protest of the Sacramento Police Department’s ruthless execution of Mr. Clark, whose only crime appears to be that he was an African-American.

Meanwhile Steinberg is still fervently defending the police. The white elites who control Sacramento are panicking.

#White #elite #OrangeCounty recoils at the thought of helping the #homeless

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 07.55.17.png
Rich white people go berserk in Orange County.

The Orange County Register reports that Orange County supervisors rescinded their recent plan that would have created emergency homeless shelters in Irvine, Huntington Beach and Laguna Niguel to house up to 400 people.

The rich white people who live in these communities decided that was a bad idea.

They’re likely to replace it within weeks with a second proposal to shelter the homeless in yet-to-be-selected local cities….that’s probably not populated by a lot of rich white people.

The board’s unanimous vote, which undid its March 19 approval of a three-city homeless shelter plan, came at the most crowded supervisorial meeting in recent memory.

In attendance were a dozen leaders of those cities and hundreds of jeering residents, including a coordinated legion from Irvine that chartered as many as 20 buses to come voice their united opposition to the project.

Hundreds more anti-shelter protesters rallied outside the meeting, chanting, “No tent city!” In all, police estimated nearly 2,000 people were on the scene.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department loses 31 firearms

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 07.51.23
Sheriff Jim McDonnell

Someone ripped-off 31 firearms from a vault in the old Compton City Hall building, where they were being stored following the disbanding nearly 20 years ago of the city’s police department according to the Los Angeles Daily News.

Investigators at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are pretty much clueless about what happened and what they need to do.

After the police department was dismantled in 2000, police functions in the city were taken over by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which conducted an inventory of the firearms in March 2017.

This looks like another case bungled by the Sheriff’s Department.  No doubt these firearms will turn up….at crime scenes all over Southern California.

Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia says she’s sorry for calling John Pérez a “homo”

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 07.29.17.png

Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia said she’s sorry she called then-Assembly Speaker John A. Pérez a “homo” according to the Los Angeles Times.

The incident happened five years ago.

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 07.36.23
Former Assembly Speaker John A. Pérez.

“I did make that remark in a moment of anger. I have no reason to lie about something that is true,” Garcia said in a statement.

“However, in no way was my use of that term meant to belittle Mr. Perez for his sexuality,” she said. “I have a long and chronicled history of being a straight ally of the LGBTQ community.”

Yeah, right. She likes the LGBTQ community sooooo much she calls one of their preeminent members a “homo”, got it.

You may remember Ms. Garcia from our previous reports about her antics. She is currently being investigated for accusations of making unwanted sexual advances toward two men.

She hasn’t owned any of that yet.

California continues its love affair with prescription drugs…especially opioids

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 07.19.26.png

California continues its love affair with prescription drugs…especially opioids.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Medi-Cal has seen a greater rise in spending on prescription drugs to treat opioid use disorders — and a bigger increase in the number of the drug units the program pays for — than almost any other state.

Between 2011 and 2017, the number of units of Medi-Cal-covered drugs that treat opioid use disorders — buprenorphine, naloxone and naltrexone — rose 775 percent, from 583,000 to a projected 5.1 million.

Only three states, Nevada, Oregon and Washington, saw more dramatic jumps.

In California, this translated to a 483 percent rise in spending by Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program, on the opioid crisis. In 2011, Medi-Cal spent $4 million on these treatment drugs, compared to nearly $24 million in 2016, according to previously released data from the Urban Institute.

#Sacramento’s #racism in the headlines again

African-Americans living in Sacramento are angry. They’re tired of being ruthlessly gunned-down by one of the most racist police departments in American.

Who can blame them.

The Sacramento Bee reports that hundreds of protesters headed toward Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento and blocked its entrance last night for the second time in a week, preventing Kings fans from attending an NBA game as the protesters called for action in the police shooting of Stephon Clark.

A few blocks away, a Sacramento City Council meeting intended to address the shooting and others like it quickly devolved into chaos, with council members leaving the dais, police officers entering the City Hall chambers and some protesters and pastors calling for the overflow crowd to show restraint.

Screenshot 2018-03-28 at 06.54.11.png
Sacramento mayor Darrell Steinberg continues to side with the police.

Members of the public testified for several hours, lamenting what they called endemic racism among police and a lack of meaningful action by public officials in Sacramento for decades.

“This city is killing us. And we demand economic equity and justice,” shouted Malaki Seku-Amen, founder of the California Urban Partnership.

Mayor Darrell Steinberg adjourned the meeting about 8:25 p.m., hours early, he was obviously concerned about his safety.

Steinberg’s made a conscious choice to side with the police and defend their ongoing assault on the African-American community in Sacramento.

At Golden 1 Center, the Sacramento Kings were scheduled to tip off against the Dallas Mavericks at 7 p.m. The Kings estimated 4,000 were in attendance in an arena that holds 17,600. Thousands more were stranded outside.

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 07.35.55
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is just as big a police state tool as Steinberg.

Meanwhile, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said Tuesday his office would provide independent oversight of the investigation into the death of Stephon Clark.

That’s a joke. Becerra is just as big a police state tool as Steinberg.

Becerra told the Sacramento Bee his office would make sure the investigation would be “based on the facts and the law – nothing less, nothing more.” He said the Justice Department will provide “some independent eyes….We’re not taking over the investigation.”

Then he’ll let the killer-cops walk free.

Sacramento’s African-American community isn’t impressed.

“There’s been federal investigations before of police killings, there’s been state investigations before of police killings,” Tanya Faison of Sacramento’s Black Lives Matter told the Bee. “I don’t believe the government can govern itself.”

In this case she’s right.

Legislators and the #EliteMedia hate and fear #DaleFountain as much as #SinglePayer

Screenshot 2018-03-27 at 08.03.58.png
Dale Fountain

Dale Fountain is an intensely private man. That’s why the elite media hates and mocks him. Making matters worse, he’s one of the single payer healthcare movements most effective advocates.

He won’t say where he works. One of his oldest friends can’t say for sure where he lives. His sister knows he was once married, but she isn’t in the loop these days — they haven’t spoken in two years.

“He keeps to himself,” said Chris Pulliam, who went to high school with Fountain in Los Angeles and now lives in Silver Spring, Md. “I’ve just got into the habit of not asking about things.”

Yet according to the Los Angeles Times, the elusive 42-year-old Silicon Valley tech worker has inserted himself into the forefront of California’s hottest healthcare debate: whether it should adopt a statewide single-payer healthcare system.

His Facebook group, Enact Universal Healthcare for California, has more than 106,000 followers — just one sign of the issue’s general appeal to many voters.

Fountain is the unlikely leader of a campaign to place an initiative on the state’s November ballot that would make it easier to fund a single-payer system — one in which the state would set the rules and pay the medical claims for all California residents.

No lawmaker has publicly stepped forward to lead the cause. That tells us Mr. Fountain is probably on to something.

#OrangeCounty may sue to block #sanctuarystate law

The dying gasps of Orange County’s brutal white supremacists.

Orange County Supervisors are debating a resolution to condemn and possibly take legal action against the state’s “sanctuary” laws according to the Los Angeles Times.

“These state laws are preempted by federal law,” Orange County Supervisor Shawn Nelson said. “Our officers actually face penalties under state law if they so much as talk to federal agents for the wrong thing. That’s just unacceptable and it’s contrary to federal law.”

Nelson said he’ll broach in closed session whether to join a federal lawsuit against the state or launch its own litigation.

The Times also reports that other cities in the county, including Yorba Linda, Buena Park, Huntington Beach and Mission Viejo are also starting to take action to voice their grievances against the state’s sanctuary laws aimed at protecting immigrants who are in the country illegally from deportation.

Orange County is one of California’s last bastions of white supremacy.

#Facebook may be helping #ICE round up undocumented immigrants?

Screenshot 2018-03-18 at 08.46.45

If the answer is yes, there’s more bad news on the way for Facebook.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is apparently using  Facebook data to track down undocumented immigrants targeted for deportation.

The East Bay Times gives us a rare glimpse into one of the tactics ICE uses to monitor undocumented immigrants before rounding them up.

Agents use backend Facebook data that shows when an account is accessed. The data also reveals the IP addresses corresponding to each login.

From there, ICE’s investigative unit obtains the suspect’s phone number and the location of each of their logins during a specific time period.

Facebook denied they did anything wrong.

That makes us laugh. Something tells us Facebook’s word means nothing.

Is #Facebook a criminal enterprise?

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 07.35.55
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra may be getting ready to nail Facebook.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and his counterparts in 36 states and territories sent a letter to Mark Zuckerberg saying revelations that Cambridge Analytica, a British political consulting firm, obtained information on more than 50 million Facebook members raised “many serious” questions that the Menlo Park company needed to answer.

The San Francisco Chronicle story is bad news for the Facebook CEO. The epicenter of the Trump Resistance is fuming, and they’re looking for someone to blame.

On top of that, Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wants Zuckerberg, and the CEOs of Google and Twitter, to pay a visit to Capitol Hill in April to “discuss Facebook’s past and future policies regarding the protection and monitoring of consumer data.”

That’s bad. Just ask the CEO’s in the tobacco industry.

Making things worse, the Federal Trade Commission confirmed that the agency has opened an investigation of Facebook, possibly including whether the company violated a 2011 settlement relating to data privacy.

Privacy? What privacy?

#SanFranciscoChronicle defends #killercops…again

Screenshot 2018-03-27 at 07.24.55.png

It’s a stunning headline: “Stephon Clark case doesn’t lend itself to easy answers, or quick ones.”

Seriously? Brutal thug cops burst into a family’s backyard and gun-down an unarmed 22-year-old and the San Francisco Chronicle says that! WTF?

The Clark family wants criminal charges against the officers who opened fire. Protesters are demanding changes in how police approach black men in tense situations.

The Chronicle on the other hand, has decided to take the side of the brutal killer-cops. No surprise there.

Here’s the racist Chronicle’s spin, “Experts who study police use of force say the facts and officers’ motives in a fatal shooting are not always immediately clear, despite appearances. Decisions on whether to file charges can take months, even years.”

Those are code words from the Chronicle signaling the white communities in Sacramento and San Francisco that everything is OK. It’s business as usual for the police.

The Chronicle is obviously thinking about Mario Woods too. Woods was executed  in the Bayview in December 2015. Video footage clearly showed he was murdered by the police. The Chronicle is doubling-down on protecting San Francisco’s thug cops.

It’s how the white people in the Bay Area roll.

Like millions of Americans, #Prince loved drugs

Screenshot 2018-03-27 at 07.05.47.pngThis should come as no surprise to people who live in a nation that is the world’s leading consumer of illegal drugs.

NBC News is reporting that a toxicology report from Prince’s autopsy shows he had what multiple experts called an “exceedingly high” concentration of fentanyl in his body when he died.

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid 50 times more powerful than heroin.

The experts say the numbers leave no doubt that fentanyl killed the wildly popular singer.

Like we always say…Americans love drugs.

African-American leaders target Sacramento cops, D.A., mayor after racist killing

Screenshot 2018-03-27 at 06.54.31.png
Stephon Clark, brutally gunned-down by Sacramento police.

Leaders of Sacramento’s African-American community and Stephon Clark’s family are demanding that the two police officers who brutally gunned-down the unarmed Clark be held legally accountable.

Community leaders promised to keep the pressure on the mayor, district attorney’s office and others to bring criminal charges against the two officers.

Alice Huffman and Betty Williams of the NAACP said they have begun talking to the U.S. Justice Department’s civil rights division about investigating the killing, after they failed to get a response from Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert.

“The DA didn’t respond to us, and that gives us a leg to stand on” to contact federal officials, Huffman, head of the California NAACP, said in an interview afterward.

DCYH7NKd_400x400
Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg continues to defend the police.

The Sacramento Bee reports that Huffman, addressing the press conference, called the Clark killing “a crime.” She vowed the black community won’t back down “until they stop gunning down our people like animals.”

Mayor Darrell Steinberg continues to defend the killer cops. He has repeatedly told the media he does not believe the shooting was a racist act.

Clark’s funeral is scheduled for Thursday, with national civil rights leader the Rev. Al Sharpton scheduled to attend. Sharpton will deliver the eulogy “at the family’s request,” said the Rev. Shane Harris of the National Action Network, a civil rights group founded by Sharpton.

#GavinNewsom campaign continues to panic

Screenshot 2018-02-18 at 08.43.53According to pundits at the San Francisco Chronicle, the rise of Republican John Cox to the No. 2 slot in recent polling for the gubernatorial race is sweet news for Democratic front-runner Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom.

It’s also fake news. Everyone knows the Cox numbers were due to a hefty chunk of change his campaign paid in media advertisements just prior to the poll. If Cox is going to spend $4 million a week on political advertising he might have a chance. However it’s a safe bet he won’t.

It’s true that Newsom would much rather have white Republican as his opponent in the general election rather than go against the wildly popular Antonio Villaraigosa or state Treasurer John Chiang.

Both have plenty of support and access to huge amounts of campaign dollars. So odds are pretty good Newsom is going to be forced to defend his own brand of white elite Bay Area racism if he wants to be California’s next governor.

Organized labor continues to flourish in the #InlandEmpire

Screenshot 2018-03-26 at 07.55.37.png

The Orange County Register reports that large employers with organized-labor traditions — from logistics to manufacturing — have been lured to Riverside and San Bernardino counties for the region’s ample supply of cheaper Southern California real estate and workers.

The Inland Empire’s swift population growth also means a growing government sector that’s heavily unionized.

In 2017, Inland Empire had 351,033 union workers, the fourth largest group among 260 metro areas tracked behind the New York City region; L.A.-O.C. and Chicago. Keep in mind, the Inland Empire only has the 16th largest overall workforce.

And Inland Empire unions are growing, adding a stunning 72,248 jobs in 10 years. That’s double the growth rate of total employment in Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 2007.

It adds up to 20.7 percent of all Inland Empire workers last year being union members vs. 18.6 percent in ’07. That 2017 share ranked 19th highest nationwide. For metro areas with 1 million or more workers, only the New York’s workforce was more unionized.

In the past 10 years — from one economic peak to the current one — union-heavy Inland Empire employment rose by 13 percent. Statewide hiring grew jobs by 8 percent; nationally, 6 percent; and in L.A.-O.C., 4 percent.

California’s #white #elitemedia struggles to save #DianeFeinstein

According to the LA Times’ George Skelton, the best way to judge a job applicant is to look at his past work record. So let’s look at state Sen. Kevin de León’s.

The Los Angeles Democrat is challenging U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the grande dame of his party, trying to grab the coveted seat she has held for 26 years.

De León’s job performance as a legislator, including the last three-plus years as leader of the California Senate, indicates he’d be an energetic, in-your-face, ultimately effective U.S. senator — and much more liberal than Feinstein.

That has Skelton and his white elite pals at the Times worried. The idea that a Latino might become a U.S. Senator is unimaginable to them.

Sacramento cop accused of committing sex crimes

Screenshot 2018-03-26 at 07.24.51.pngA tsunami of police brutality continues to wash over Sacramento.

The Sacramento Bee reports that as marchers were taking over downtown Sacramento’s streets with protests against the shooting death of Stephon Clark, the Sacramento Police Department was facing another challenge: the filing of a new federal lawsuit accusing one of its officers of sexually molesting an African American woman two years ago during an arrest.

The lawsuit accuses Officer Patrick Mulligan of groping an African American woman during an arrest. Naturally Mulligan says he did nothing wrong.

The lawsuit comes as the department is the subject of national scrutiny over the brutal police state execution of Stephon Clark, a 22-year-old unarmed Sacramento man whose only crime seems to be that he was born an African-American.

A second report from the Bee on the execution of Mr. Clark outlines the strategy the police department is going to use to exonerate the officers who brutally gunned him down. The power of the police state is immense.

California judges and lawyers who are sex criminals remain protected

Screenshot 2018-03-25 at 07.08.48The San Francisco Examiner reports that California’s court system paid more than $500,000 over seven years to resolve sexual harassment complaints against judges and staff.

In response to a public records request, the Judicial Council, the rulemaking body for the court system, said it paid $296,000 to resolve three sexual harassment complaints against judges and $225,000 to settle two lawsuits against court staff.

In addition, the council reported spending $79,750 since 2010 for outside attorney-investigators to look into sexual harassment allegations or other complaints against five judges.

The Judicial Council’s brief response to records request, citing attorney-client privilege and a court rule, did not reveal the names of the courts, judges or employees alleged to have been involved in the sexual harassment.

So in the end, judges and lawyers who are sex criminals remain protected. You the taxpayer pay off their victims.

Enjoy your Police State.

There is rarely talk about prosecuting a murderer if he or she is wearing a badge

Screenshot 2018-03-25 at 06.55.51.png

The California Legislature continues to protect killer cops.

According to California law, written over the years by the Democrats who control the Legislature, government official keep the personnel records of peace officers completely confidential. Completely.

A psycho cop could kill a dozen people and you’d never be able to find out.

According to the Sacramento Bee, this legislative straitjacket, officially known as the California Peace Officers Bill of Rights, was launched into law, in part, by Gov. Jerry Brown in the final months of his first term.

Even if officers are found to have violated department policy, or the law, in shooting a suspect, killer cops get special privileges that make it extremely difficult to fire. There is rarely talk about prosecuting a murderer if he or she is wearing a badge.

The Bee is absolutely correct when they opine that this legal framework has made supposedly progressive California the nation’s capital of state-sanctioned police secrecy and a haven for killer cops.

It is beyond time for this to change. The Bill of Rights demands it.

There’s no talk in #Sacramento about a #sanctuarycity for #AfricanAmerican men

Screenshot 2018-03-25 at 06.34.21.png

The Sacramento Bee reports that rotesters raged at police from noon to midnight Friday in marches downtown and in Meadowview, where the brutal police execution of Stephon Clark occurred.

They confronted individual officers, screaming obscenities inches from their faces, which were shielded by riot gear. At one point in the afternoon, several protesters singled out an African-American CHP officer, suggesting in a minutes-long tirade that he was a traitor to his people.

After another black man, Joseph Mann, was shot by Sacramento police in the summer of 2016, the city faced upheaval similar to what the Clark shooting has brought.

So far the Mayor, and the City Council and the police chief have done nothing to stop the killings. Legislators in the nearby state capitol remain silent.

There’s no talk about a sanctuary city or a sanctuary state for African-American men.

#Psycho #white guy asks to buy gun so he can “shoot up a school”

Screenshot 2018-03-24 at 08.50.31.png
Surveillance image of potential mass shooter.

Multiple media sources are reporting that Bay Area police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who allegedly told a sporting goods store employee he wanted to purchase a gun and “shoot up a school.”

“The customer reported hearing a man comment to an employee that he wanted to purchase a firearm,” according to the San Mateo police. “The man then threatened to shoot up a school and asked the employee for a good shirt to wear.”

Officers who arrived at the store searched for the man, but did not find him.

Witnesses described the man as a transient, white and about 35 years old. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans.

If you have information about this psycho, contact San Mateo police at 650-522-7700.

The sad loss of Nancy McFadden

Screenshot 2018-03-24 at 08.41.30.pngNancy McFadden, the chief of staff to California Gov. Jerry Brown passed away in her home after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Ms. McFadden was 59.

“Nancy was the best chief of staff a governor could ever ask for. She understood government and politics, she could manage, she was a diplomat and she was fearless,” Brown said in a statement.

Ms. McFadden was one of Governor Brown’s most trusted and most capable advisors. She will be sorely missed.

#Racist #Sacramento rallies around killer cops

DCYH7NKd_400x400
Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg has not criticized the cops who executed Stephon Clark.

The Police State execution of Stephon Clark by the notoriously racist Sacramento Police Department has intensified long-simmering tensions between Sacramento’s African-American community and city leaders who insist on defending the police.

The Los Angeles Times correctly reports that Mr. Clark’s brutal execution, captured on video, was the latest of several controversial police shootings of African-American men in Sacramento in the last few years.

Informed observers know the hideous death of Mr. Clark’s  is further proof that Sacramento police officers are targeting African-American men. Furthermore, no one really believes the officers will be held accountable for the cold blooded killing of an unarmed man.

Protests continued into the weekend as about 100 people marched to the state Capitol, holding signs and photos of the 22-year-old Clark. Later, a large crowd blocked streets downtown, breaking at least one car window and clashing with police.

The city was led for years by a black mayor, former NBA star Kevin Johnson. Sacramento’s white elites despised Mayor Johnson and worked tirelessly to discredit his administration.

Police Chief Daniel Hahn, who started his job in August, is African American. Things have changed little since Hahn has taken over the department.

Run more like a southern plantation than a city, Sacramento elites prefer white cops on the street, even though Sacramento is only 35% white but is policed by a department that is 74% white.

Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg has not faulted the officers involved in Clark’s execution. He did express concern about demonstrators resorting to vandalism or violence though.

#BayArea media targets #JohnChiang with #fakenews story about legal political donations

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 08.00.54
Bay Area elites target Asian-American candidate John Chiang.

The Mercury News targeted gubernatorial candidate John Chiang specifically in their article about completely legal donations he and other candidates have received. The idea that an Asian-American is particularly abhorrent to the Bay Area elites.

From Rose Bowl tickets to helicopter rides to all-expenses-paid junkets to China and Mexico, the Merc warns us that the candidates running for California governor (especially Chiang) reported receiving nearly $30,000 in gifts and free travel last year — including from organizations with vested interests in state policy.

State Treasurer Chiang reported a total of $21,855 in gifts and free travel. He was given three separate trips to China over a four-month period, including one paid for by a foundation led by a major donor to his campaign.

Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa received $5,265.24 in gifts and travel; State Assemblyman Travis Allen got $1,490.83; and Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom took in $1,259, according to state financial disclosure forms the candidates filed this month.

San Diego County businessman John Cox, former state schools chief Delaine Eastin and former Hillary Clinton aide Amanda Renteria reported no gifts or paid travel expenses.

California politicians are allowed to accept most gifts as long as they don’t add up to more than $470 from a single source each year.

In reality none of the candidates violated the law so this is really a non-story. It’s a pathetic example of race baiting by the Bay Area media.

#LosAngelsTimes credits President #Obama for California’s current hiring boom

Screenshot 2018-03-24 at 07.57.57.pngThe post Trump tax cut boom has dramatically accelerated California’s economy.

However the Los Angeles Times refuses to acknowledge reality and instead credits the Obama Administration for the robust hiring in the state.

The fact is, California added 14,000 net jobs to payrolls last month, while the unemployment rate fell to 4.3% from 4.4% a month earlier, according to the Employment Development Department.

(FYI LA Times, President Obama left the White House 13 months ago.)

The unemployment rate hit a new record low of 4.3%, and six of the state’s 11 industry sectors added jobs.

In the article, the Times also defended China’s predatory economic practices targeting American business and industry and criticized President Trump for trying to stop them.

Clueless #FBI director denies the bureau tried to rig the election

Screenshot 2018-03-24 at 07.42.04.pngIn an Orwellian interview, FBI chief Chris Wray told NBC News that the bureau has over 3,000 open terror investigations, a higher number than previously disclosed.

More bizarre, Wray claims that in his nearly eight months as director of the FBI, he has not seen “a politicized organization.”

Seriously?

Wray pushed back at criticism from some in the Trump administration and Congress who accuse his agency of favoring Hillary Clinton at the expense of the president.

In the interview, Wray also surveyed some of the biggest threats facing America. Countering terrorism remains a top mission, and Wray said the FBI now has more than 3,000 open investigations nationwide.

The Chinese government and Chinese companies aggressively go after a range of U.S. targets, from firms in the Fortune 500 to small start-ups, he said, seeking trade secrets as varied as the details of control systems for wind turbines in Massachusetts to the genetic makeup of corn seeds in Iowa.

Asian-Americans groups blasted the FBI director for telling Congress in February that Chinese businessmen, students and scholars present such a threat that it demands a “whole of society” response by the U.S.

Wray defended those remarks. Right, China, not the Islamics, are our biggest threat.

Treasurer #JohnChiang has served California well

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 08.00.54.pngAn excellent piece on John Chiang by the San Francisco Chronicle’s John Wildermuth.

Here’s an excerpt:

“He was elected to his first of two terms as state controller in 2006 and became state treasurer in 2014.

Converting that expertise into political support in his race for governor has been a problem, he admitted.

“People care about who’s fighting for them,” he said during his onstage conversation with David Siders of Politico. “People have to understand — and we have to do a better job at getting it out — that they have a roof over their head because of John Chiang,” and the way he has managed California’s money.

But a Public Policy Institute of California poll released this week found Chiang running fifth at 6 percent in the race to replace termed-out Gov. Jerry Brown, well behind front-running Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom at 28 percent.

Those numbers don’t accurately show how his campaign is doing, Chiang said.”

#Facebook joins massive industry effort to oppose California privacy initiative

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 08.59.02.pngFacebook opposing the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018.

The East Bay Times is reporting that when the initiative proponents were drafting the measure they “reached out to Facebook to try to enlist its support…We were … disappointed to learn that on February 27, 2018, Facebook joined Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, and Google, to contribute over $1 million to a political action committee you set up to oppose the measure.”

Californians for Consumer Privacy, say they have not heard back from Facebook. Google has remained silent as well.

High level Democrat operative Steven Maviglio is a key part of the opposition team. So you can be sure the entire California Democratic Party is squarely on the side of the Silicon Valley tech giants. After all, that’s where the political money is.

#Sacramento erupts after the police execution of #StephonClark

DCYH7NKd_400x400
Sacramento’s unparalleled tolerance of police killings.

This isn’t the first time Sacramento police officers arrived in response to an incident with the intent on killing someone. Remember Joseph Mann?

The the police state execution of Stephon Clark has sent shock waves through the white elite community that brutally runs the city.

The execution style shooting of the unarmed Clark by Sacramento police sparked a day of protests in which hundreds blocked Interstate 5 and blocked access to a Sacramento Kings game according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.

The protests came after Sacramento police released video showing officers brutally gunning down Mr. Clark in his backyard.

Mayor Darrell Steinberg defended the police even though video clearly shows that the officers responding had every intention of executing Clark as soon as they arrived.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra defends law steering pregnant women to abortion clinics

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 07.35.55.pngThe Mercury News reports that California Attorney General Xavier Becerra personally defended a state law requiring pro-life pregnancy centers to tell pregnant women about state-funded programs offering money for abortions.

The 2015 law, backed by abortion rights groups, was upheld by the 9th District Court of Appeal after being challenged by the targeted pregnancy centers.

Similar laws in other states and communities have been overturned, thereby throwing the issue to the Supreme Court.

No such law requiring abortion clinics to tell patients there are pro-life options available to them exists in California.

#SanJose police arrest 14-year-old boy for defending himself from attackers

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 07.24.39.pngA viral video involving a 14-year-old San Jose boy’s arrest for an alleged assault at a city park earlier this week has unexpectedly drawn hundreds of thousands of viewers from all over the country according to the Mercury News.

The boy’s family posted the video shortly after his arrest.

According to he fake news police report, the boy was walking in the park when he made “derogatory statements” to two other people. The reported victims attacked him.

The boy defended himself and got arrested. Enjoy your Police State.

Stealing from you, it’s how #Facebook, and #SiliconValley have become rich

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 07.05.20.png

As the Los Angeles Times reports, Facebook’s news feed is the platform’s nerve center. Mark Zuckerberg had gambled on the boundaries of privacy and won. It proved how much easier it was to release something new and deal with the consequences later — an ethos enshrined in the company’s original mantra, “Move fast and break things.”

It was a strategy that worked for years to come. Facebook pushed its users to share more personal information, providing the lifeblood for the company’s dramatic growth and riches. There was occasional pushback, such as lawsuits against Facebook for tracking users on other sites and spoiling one man’s engagement surprise by revealing to his fiance he had bought a ring. But even a consent decree with the Federal Trade Commission in 2011 couldn’t stop the company from encroaching further into people’s private lives.

Then last week, Facebook discovered that the world it was irrevocably changing may have changed its mind about the social network — and possibly the tech industry at large, too.

For the first time, public officials, lawmakers and even late-night talk show hosts applied sustained pressure on Facebook to explain how data about millions of unsuspecting users allegedly wound up in the hands of a political consulting firm with ties to the Trump campaign.

The crisis compelled Zuckerberg to emerge from five days of silence to embark on an unprecedented media blitz Wednesday to apologize and promise changes. On Thursday, Zuckerberg was asked by the leaders of the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee to testify.

The social media giant, which has thus far averted any major regulation, is now the subject of investigations by the FTC and the attorneys general of New York and Massachusetts. Senators are calling for hearings, setting up the possibility that Facebook and the tech industry could face tough new laws — especially if the midterm elections result in the Republicans losing their majorities in Congress.

All of the sudden, the Democrats are mad at their super-rich Silicon Valley pals. Had they helped Hillary Clinton win the 2016 election everything would be fine now.

Guards left dead inmate in his cell for 3 days

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 06.55.16.pngThe Los Angeles Times is reporting that an inmate at the state prison in Otay Mesa was dead for days last April before prison staffers realized it, according to a recently released autopsy report.

Amazing.

Apparently the smell of the inmate’s decaying body is what lead staffers to the deceased prisoner.

The medical examiner’s office, which released the report earlier this month, said James Acuna’s cause of death was “undetermined,” noting it was possible the 58-year-old inmate serving a third prison term died of natural causes.

Yeah, right.

At one point, the smell from Acuna’s two-man, second-floor cell brought complaints from other inmates and prompted staffers to put in a work order, suspecting there was a sewer problem.

It is unclear how staffers were unaware of Acuna’s death, despite daily routine head counts, including a count during which inmates are required to stand at their cell doors.

A spokeswoman with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, which runs the state’s prisons, also declined to identify or discuss the cellmate, citing privacy reasons.

Basically it’s a cover-up of clearly demonstrated incompetence.

#Leftists brutally mock Vice President #Pence’s family, #Christian faith

Screenshot 2018-03-23 at 06.44.02
The new face of the Christian hating left.

It’s no secret that the Leftists hate Christians and everything they believe in. So in that vein, the East Bay Times has published a piece that is a frontal assault on Vice President Pence’s Christian beliefs.

The piece centers on John Oliver’s book mocking a kids’ story produced by the family of Vice President Mike Pence.

Sitting atop Amazon’s current best-seller list is “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver Presents a Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo,” the children’s book produced by Oliver and his talk-show staff.

“Marlon Bundo’s a Day in the Life of the Vice President” places a distant fourth. The latter children’s fare was written by Pence’s daughter, Charlotte, and illustrated by his wife, Karen.

“It’s getting ridiculous,” said Oliver. “I just found out, I just got the latest figures this afternoon, it sold 180,000 copies so far, which is definitely more than we were prepared for.”

The parody trolls the vice president’s Christian beliefs.

Psycho #Islamics sent to jail for attacking cop

Screenshot 2018-03-22 at 08.05.45.pngIslamic teenager Ahed Tamimi was sentenced to eight months in prison for slapping and kicking a pair of Israeli soldiers outside her West Bank home, capping a case that sparked uproar in Israel, turned her into a Palestinian hero and attracted international attention according to the Los Angeles Times.

Tamimi’s Israeli lawyer, Gaby Lasky, said Tamimi, 17, agreed to the sentence as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors that allowed her to avoid more serious charges that could have imprisoned her for years.

The judge agreed to a similar plea deal for Tamimi’s mother, Nariman, who has been charged with incitement.

#YouTube will now censor gun videos

download (1).png

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that YouTube will ban videos that provide instructions on how to make a firearm, ammunition, high-capacity magazines and accessories such as bump stocks and silencers.

The ban includes showing viewers how to install the accessories or modifications. YouTube also prohibits content about the sale of guns or firearms accessories.

Enjoy your #PoliceState.

#Schwarzenegger wants the #CaGOP to be just like #Democrats

Screenshot 2018-03-22 at 08.16.31.pngFormer Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and former presidential candidate — and current Ohio governor — John Kasich were keynote speakers at a New Way California event in Los Angeles recently.

Schwarzenegger and the event’s organizers say Republicans need to change a divisive approach that has alienated key voting blocs, such as Latinos — the state’s largest ethnic demographic. Without mentioning Trump by name, New Way founder and state Assemblyman Chad Mayes criticized his rhetoric.

The speakers were light on policy prescriptions according to Capitol Public Radio, but generally argued Republicans must compromise with Democrats, rather than act as an opposition party.

Whether current Republicans will go for that is an open question. Mayes tried compromising with Gov. Jerry Brown on cap-and-trade legislation last year, and he lost his post as Republican leader.

#Schwarzenegger wants to bring a kindler, gentler #GOP #racism to California

Screenshot 2018-03-21 at 08.39.38.pngSince Republican governor Arnold Schwarzenegger turned his back on the people who sent him to Sacramento to “blow up the boxes” Democrats have monopolized California government.

Now that Democrats no longer need this useful idiot, Schwarzenegger wants to return to the Republican party.

Having been booted out of the house by his wife for cheating on her, and getting run-over by President Trump, Schwarzenegger he has few places left to go.

Schwarzenegger wants the California Republican Party to be more like the Democrats. Subtle racism and pandering to hopeless minorities has worked for California Democrats for decades and it’s made them the dominant political power in the state.

The numbers don’t lie. According to the Associated Press, Latinos, African-Americans and Asians have outnumbered whites since 1998. Latinos surpassed whites as the state’s largest racial or ethnic group in 2014.

It’s therefore logical to Schwarzenegger, to lead his party in the direction taken by the Democrats.

More bad news for the poor, the homeless, the mentally ill, and people of color.

#Google begins censoring the news

Screenshot 2018-03-21 at 08.24.21.png

The bleating by the hapless losers in last presidential election had gotten noticed at Google. Google is now in the “quality journalism” business.

To kiss and make-up with 2016’s sore losers, Google plans to invest $300 million in the new Google News Initiative.

The Google News Initiative will “elevate and strengthen quality journalism; evolve business models to drive sustainable growth; and empower news organizations through technological innovation.”

Sure it will.

According to the fake news media, misinformation has been a persistent thorn in its side. The “misinformation” is a big problem because it routinely debunks false narratives like the ones claiming Russia-linked accounts used Google’s advertising network to interfere with the 2016 election.

What is really behind all this is the fake news media’s falling behind Google and Facebook for advertising dollars. Nothing more.

Don’t get burned by fake news. Read CalNews.com every day. Follow us on Twitter.

SF Supes confirm Paul Henderson for toothless police oversight post

Screenshot 2018-03-21 at 08.07.29.pngBig news from the San Francisco Examiner…the new director for San Francisco’s Department of Police Accountability, Paul Henderson, was unanimously confirmed by the Board of Supervisors.

And to that big news, we give a big yawn. The Supe’s latest move is nothing more than whitewash to divert attention from the onslaught against the poor, the homeless, the mentally ill, and people of color by the San Francisco Police Department.

The fact is Henderson, who was nominated by the Police Commission for the job, has been serving in the post since June 2017 as interim director. Have you noticed a kindler, gentler SFPD during that time? Neither have we.

We like Mr. Henderson. He is a decent, well-meaning guy. It’s not his fault Supervisors are tools of the brutal SFPD and racist goons like Martin Halloran who call the shots in the city.

Federal judge forces #BigOil to defend their climate data in court

Screenshot 2018-03-21 at 07.45.32.png

A federal judge in San Francisco had directed lawyers for two California cities and five of the world’s largest oil and gas companies to come to court to present “the best science now available on global warming.”

According to the Associated Press, legal experts say they have never heard of a court holding a tutorial on climate change, and they are eager to see how the oil companies explain global warming. Especially since oil companies have been making up most of their “science” for decades.

Basically, if the judge catches them lying, he’s going to nail them.

Two lawsuits, one by San Francisco and the other by neighboring Oakland, accuse Chevron, Exxon Mobil, ConocoPhillips, BP and Royal Dutch Shell of long knowing that fossil fuels posed serious risks to the climate, but still promoting them as environmentally responsible. They also allege the companies mounted campaigns to downplay the risks of global warming and discredit research that human activity was to blame.

New York City, several California counties and another California city have filed similar suits.

#Theranos criminals nailed by the Securities and Exchange Commission for “massive fraud”

Elizabeth Holmes became the youngest self-made female billionaire in America. She did so by lying and stealing from people.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged her, her company Theranos, and its former president, Sunny Balwani, with “massive fraud”.

The SEC says the company “made numerous false and misleading statements in investor presentations, product demonstrations, and media articles” about its blood-testing technology while raising more than $700 million.

Theranos’ board of directors is also under scrutiny according to our sources. They include political luminaries Henry Kissinger, George Shultz, William Perry, Bill Frist, Sam Nunn, and Richard Kovacevich.

They all deserve to be on the same cell block as PhRMA bro Martin Shkreli.

Sacramento police execute unarmed African-American man in front of his family

Screenshot 2018-03-20 at 08.04.57.png

Sacramento police executed an African-American man in his own South Sacramento backyard after responding to a call of a person breaking car windows nearby.

Naturally, Stephon Clark who is African-American, was resumed to have a gun. It’s how the brutal white racist Sacramento Police Department rolls.

The Sacramento Bee reported that no firearm was found at the scene. Police said instead Clark had a “toolbar,” that he “extended in front of him” while advancing towards two officers.

Yeah, right. As if we would even consider believing anything the thugs in the Sacramento Police Department said.

According to the Bee, police officers could not immediately clarify what a “toolbar” was.  The only item found near Clark’s body was a cell phone.

We can provide some clarification…the “toolbar” was a phony excuse to murder an African-American man in cold blood.

We’re still waiting for our elected officials to stand up and defend the community from such hideous brutality.

#CalPERS continues to invest in firearms sales

Guns…they’re a good investment, and CalPERS knows it.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the CalPERS Board of Administration wants to continue its practice of using its clout as a $355 billion pension fund to compel changes in business practices…but NOT to stop selling firearms.

Its leaders believe pressure from CalPERS contributed to recent decisions by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Walmart to restrict gun sales.

“If we are divesting, we lose our seat the table,” said CalPERS board member Theresa Taylor.

Someone probably needs to tell Theresa that Walmart is worth about as much as CalPERS’ entire pension fund. They probably don’t care what the Board of Administration thinks.

At least the board rejected a request from Treasurer John Chiang to divest from national retailers that sell guns that are illegal in California. Everything is illegal in California.

Pensioners are grateful. Gun owners are grateful.

Republicans fumble away #ShastaDam enlargement

Screenshot 2018-03-20 at 07.43.20.png

Congressional Democrats have blocked a measure to expand Shasta Dam. Yet they want to pick up seats in the Central Valley…where most of the water is used.

Duh?

Republican wanted to go ahead with the $1.3 billion, however Democrats basically insisted that the state manage the project.

Democrats insisted on language in the House spending bill that would ensure the federal Bureau of Reclamation follows all state and federal laws when it comes to the dam. State law currently bars the dam from being enlarged.

WTF?

Increasing the height of the dam, would increase storage in Shasta Lake by 634,000 acre-feet, or 14 percent according to the Sacramento Bee.

Governor Brown has said he would not provide funding for the project and he opposes raising the height of the dam.

The #elitemedia wonders if #VladimirPutin can keep #Congress in the #GOP’s hands

Screenshot 2018-03-11 at 06.48.20
Vladimir Putin, owner of the U.S. election process.

Facebook was totally tooled by Russia if you believe the elite media.

The narrative goes like this: Russia never would have been able to conduct “information warfare” against the United States in the way it did in the 2016 presidential election without Facebook, Twitter and Google.

Oh yes, and candidate Donald Trump pulled all the strings behind the scenes.

This raises “disturbing questions about the roles of both Facebook and Russia” according to the conspiracy theorists.

Clueless Facebook clearly denies everything. They probably aren’t lying. They sell ads. In a free society where businesses operates under the protection the First Amendment that’s a good thing. (Too bad Facebook doesn’t think as much about the rest of the Bill of Rights.)

In the elite media’s false narrative, which exists to resurrect the failed campaign of Hillary Clinton, Facebook and the other social media platforms were negligent, reckless or tools of a diabolical Donald Trump/ Vladimir Putin axis of evil.

Espionage by foreign agents is suddenly everywhere in our society the elites scream at us…never mind that the U.S. has been conducting similar “information warfare” campaigns around the globe for decades.

In the new paradigm, the Russians will be coming after us in the 2018 mid-term elections.  So if the GOP keeps the House and the Senate it will be because Vladimir Putin saved them.
